North East Ambulance Service.

Sometimes a project isn’t one or two deliverables… sometimes it’s over 60.

And that’s exactly what we delivered for the North East Ambulance Service.

We’ve created a full suite of information films and animations for NEAS, covering everything from what happens when you call 999 to how to use a defibrillator.

Not only did we produce adult versions of every film, we also created Key Stage 1 and 2 versions… and delivered the entire package in BSL as well.

Planning alone took a solid 2 to 3 months as we researched and mapped out each narrative, Some films needed actors and a full script and some required real people and interview-led storytelling.

And on top of that, we delivered ten animations, starting with scripting, then design, storyboards, and final animation.

The lead animation featured CPR Man, a superhero we created to teach Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils how to safely perform CPR.

And as if that wasn’t enough… we also built a full 360 degree interactive tour of an ambulance, complete with over 30 embedded clips and photos!

Exhausted just writing this !!!  But what an achievement ….

It’s one thing to take on a big project…… It’s another to deliver over 60 pieces of content that all work together.

Here a few examples of the work below.

At the heart of this project was a desire to reflect what Tunstall’s work is really about. Not the technology itself, but the people who rely on it every day.  The families around them. And that quiet reassurance that someone is there when it matters most Working closely with the team, we developed the initial idea through to script and final creative, shaping a film built around small, everyday moments. Subtle, observational snapshots of life that feel natural and authentic. The intention was to show how the technology supports independence without ever getting in the way. Present, but never intrusive. Reassuring, but never overstated.
